119 Windbrook Project Update 4-12-18

Progress on this spectacular over 2000 Square Foot, 4 Bed, 3.5 Bath Raised Ranch is coming along nicely.  This redevelopment should be ready for a new owner in the next 30 days.

The siding is nearly complete, the baths are installed, tiled and final fixtures are going in.  The kitchen is installed and just waiting on Granite and backsplash tile.  In the fully finished lower level, walls are all prepped and painted and the tile is down for the Custom Wetbar.  The baths are tiled and flooring is about all that is left to complete this level.  Take a look at our status update pictures.  This is going to be a wonderful home for a new buyer in just a few short weeks.
